It was envisaged that healthcare needs more technology intervention and organisation within the Institutions while emphasizing patient care. With lots of research in teh US, past experiences of uses cases in data and AI in medicine, it was clear in our minds that healthcare is a mammoth industry with regulatory compliances that needs to expedite its course of action. We formed Cognisian, a COGNITIVE being.

Dr Linh, CEO of CHIR, has been a dynamic figure in the industry serving hospitals, leaders and care providers with quality, safety and care tools that she has successfully trained in and outside Vietnam for many decades. CHIR, a non profit delivers funding, training and inspiration not only in major cities but deep corners of Vietnam.
With this MoU, Cognisian is not only bringing in a medical professional in its vault but also a key market penetration ability.

Ground-Breaking Partnership: Cognisian signed its first MoU with 199 Hospital, a high-volume hospital serving ~1,500 patients per day, to drive digital transformation and AI knowledge exchange. The leadership team at 199—including Dr. Truong and Dr. Huong—embraced the initiative with strong conviction. Through early engagement, Cognisian enabled the hospital to view and understand its data in ways not previously possible, laying the foundation for data-driven clinical and operational decision-making.

The visit also included Cognisian’s engagement with the Stroke Unit of the Vinh Long Department of Health. The visit concluded with the signing of an MoU, enabling Cognisian to support the digital transformation of Vinh Long Province.
